thank you for 44
incredible years

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the permanent closure of The Fours Boston as of Monday, August 31st.

We extend our sincerest thanks to all of you, our loyal customers, who have supported us for so many years. You have made The Fours such a treasured place and we are forever grateful for the wonderful memories we have made together.

To the Boston community, it has been our honor to call the City of Champions our home. We have the best fans. Period. Thank you for making The Fours part of your traditions over the years.

To the TD Garden, Celtics and Bruins staff, we especially thank you for your loyalty and support. You became more than customers to us over the years. You are our friends and family.

And finally, but most importantly, we thank our phenomenal staff. Everyone, from the front of house to the back, has worked hard to make The Fours into what it became – the number one sports bar in America. We couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you. But beyond the achievements and success that we garnered, our greatest reward is the friendship we forged together. The Fours was more than a place of work for many of us. It became a second home. And we became each other’s family. Deborah Miller Palmore said it best:

“Even when you’ve played the game of your life, it’s the feeling of teamwork that you’ll remember. You’ll forget the plays, the shots, and the score, but you’ll never forget your teammates.”

In the coming weeks we will be creating a photo gallery on our website that features a collection of some of our favorite Fours Boston memories over the years. Please check back soon. And if you have any photos that you’d like to include, please email them to boston@thefours.com and we will do our best to feature them. In the meantime, you may continue to visit us at our Norwell and Quincy locations. Take care of yourselves and each other. We will miss you all.

Sincerely,
The Fours Boston Management
